IntelliKiddos® Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping within the United States only.
Shipping & Delivery Times:
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days within the U.S. via USPS
- International delivery takes approximately 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location, via USPS, DHL, or UPS.
For U.S. orders, expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days. International delivery takes approximately 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location, via USPS, DHL, or UPS. Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress every step of the way.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your package’s journey.
International Shipping:
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $45 per order for international shipments up to 2 lbs (0.9 kg). Heavier orders or certain destination countries may require an additional fee. Any changes will be confirmed with you before your order ships.
We currently ship to select countries. Delivery times for international orders may vary between 7 to 12 business days, depending on the destination. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.
No P.O. Box Deliveries:
We do not accept P.O. Box addresses as delivery addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address to ensure timely delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Ensure that your shipping details are accurate. IntelliKiddos® is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked as delivered, IntelliKiddos® is not liable for lost or stolen items. If you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or the delivery location. If still missing, contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us for assistance.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist in resolving the issue. Photos of the damage are requested.
Customs, Duties & Taxes for International Orders:
All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. IntelliKiddos® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
Customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
Policy Changes:
IntelliKiddos® reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website.
