At IntelliKiddos®, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.


Orders

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@intellikiddos.com or through our contact form as soon as possible.

Cancellations made within 3 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After this time, orders must follow the return policy below.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for orders within the United States.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Order number and purchaser name must be provided

Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on eligible U.S. returns.

For larger orders (more than 10 items or over 10 lbs), additional return arrangements may be required. Our team will assist to ensure a smooth process.


Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Final sale or BOGO promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • International orders

Refunds

Exchanges

To request an exchange, items must meet the same return eligibility requirements.

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
